In a stunning display of efficiency, VP Sara Duterte has mastered the art of collecting a full government salary while perfecting the ancient Filipino tradition of "petiks petiks" — doing absolutely nothing productive. Rappler's Valentine's weekend commentary perfectly captured what many Filipinos are thinking: what exactly is the Vice President doing with taxpayer money?
