The brief
Jackley needed more than a pretty brochure site. Leasing, tenant ops, and on-the-ground signage were fragmented — availability lived in chats, applications were ad hoc, and print still looked generic. The job was to make the digital product and the physical rent kit feel like one system: clear for tenants, credible for walk-ins, and easy for the team to run.
The approach
We built www.jackley.co as a monochrome terminal experience in JetBrains Mono — chat for availability, applications, maintenance, and area guidance — then extended the same voice into print and the Fourth Estate Commercial Building itself: business cards, letterhead, rent kit, standees, welcome pack, and location photography that grounds the case study in Parañaque.
